By using this website, submitting an enquiry, placing a book order, or making a payment, you agree to these terms and the related policies linked in the footer.

Baskara Astrology may update these terms when business rules, services, or payment requirements change. The latest version displayed on this page will apply.

Books are not refundable after a successful order and delivery.

Replacement may be allowed only if pages are missing, the book is damaged during delivery, or the wrong book is delivered. The issue must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery and is subject to verification by Baskara Astrology.

No refund or replacement is available for change of mind, a wrong order placed by the customer, or after successful delivery without a verified issue.

Consultation payments are non-refundable once the consultation appointment, date, or time is confirmed.

Rescheduling may be allowed based on availability. Customers must contact Baskara Astrology for rescheduling requests.

Payments may be collected through approved payment methods, including Razorpay where enabled. The payable amount will be shown before payment.

Do not share passwords, OTPs, card PINs, or other sensitive payment credentials with anyone claiming to represent Baskara Astrology.
