Shipping Policy

Shipping applies to physical books and publications. Consultation, course, and software enquiries may not require physical shipping unless specifically stated.

Customers must provide accurate name, phone number, email address, and delivery location while placing an order.

Delivery timelines depend on availability, destination, courier service, public holidays, and operational conditions.

If pages are missing, a book is damaged during delivery, or the wrong book is delivered, the customer must report the issue within a reasonable time after delivery.

Replacement is subject to verification by Baskara Astrology. Supporting photos or order details may be requested.

Books are not refundable after successful delivery. Replacement is available only for verified missing pages, delivery damage, or wrong book delivery.
